With the ongoing transition into a more “tech-heavy” university, North Greenville desired to centralize their IT efforts that serve the students and faculty. The IT Services Building, originally built and used as the medical clinic for students on campus, was unoccupied and provided a stand-alone central facility to house the IT services. This exciting renovation included customer service and technical support space, repair space, administrative offices, conference rooms, and break rooms.

The exterior design incorporates a brand new material to NGU’s palette with the introduction of metal panels. This material will begin to show up on new buildings around campus as North Greenville moves forward with several projects in the near future.
