The Best Office Spaces

No matter which of our locations you settle on, you will love where you live and work.

Greenville, SC is a great place to live and our office is right on the anchor corner of North Main St. in the vibrant heart of downtown.

Our Florence, SC office is located right in the center of the revitalization of the historic downtown area.

Spark Spark comes pretty naturally to us. It manifests in a variety of ways. Whether on a quarterly Spark Day event, at our annual bowling tournament, or at a family cookout at the park, we know how to slow down and enjoy a break from it all. We can come up with any excuse to involve food. Food is a big deal. Between catered lunch every Monday, Office Cookies bi-weekly, Drink of the Week on Wednesdays, homemade sourdough and honey,or a group lunch downtown, our employees don’t live in fear of going hungry. We enjoy the small moments—the moments while we wait for a meeting to start, pass each other in the hall, or while we watch someone try to sink a paper ball into the recycling bin from across the room. We know how to #burn each other on Chat with a savage GIF, and we know how to come alongside each other in moments of grief. We show up for work dressed comfortably because we know productivity happens in jeans, not slacks. For us, Spark means energy and excitement. And we realize that in order to do that effectively in this fast paced industry, it means that we have to intentionally slow down. In Our Office Generosity We are very blessed to have the people, resources, and expertise that we have. Our desire is to be a company that is generous with the things we have. Our leadership remains approachable and accessible in the same open-office environment as the rest of the company. Nobody is above any task and nobody is more important than anyone else. Our leadership interacts on a real, personal level and respect goes both ways. We always try to promote from within Equip. That means employees can expect a strategic development plan, regular evaluations, exposure to a variety of project typologies, training the Equip Way, and significant time with our partners and associates improving their craft. We look for opportunities to be involved in our community, giving back with our time. We offer employees generous benefits and plenty of paid vacation to do the things they love with the people they love. Our people are our greatest asset and we seek to ensure they feel like it. In Our Office Family-Centric The concept of family is pivotal to our culture, whether that be our individual families, our family at Equip Studio, or becoming like family with our clients. We use the term “work-life wholeness” because we believe that both influence each other so much they can become intertwined. That’s why our leadership puts family first and encourages our employees to do the same. We want to be a place where employees feel free to flourish at life, not just a job. We want Equip to help facilitate better friendships/parenting/marriages, adequate time for hobbies, and offer the flexibility our employees need to meet the demands of a personal life. Our open-office environment leads to strong, collaborative relationships within our team. Employees are given safe space to fail, learn, and not feel pressure to be somebody they are not. We welcome drop-ins from the family at the office and always seek to be a safe space for love, growth, and encouragement. In Our Office High Value Since our launch in 2014, we’ve been defining and finessing our systems and processes which we call The Equip Way. We believe that not only creates a consistent client experience, but a consistent internal expectation as well. Through use of 15Five development software, we give employees weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual opportunities to give and receive constructive feedback. We believe that you are worth it. You are worth being loved and cared for, being listened to, and being developed. We provide high value for our clients because our people are highly valued/valuable people.
