COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Policy
Response Efforts
We plan to be proactive.
As we continue to monitor the efforts to contain the spread of the COVID-19 disease, we will do our best to adjust our business practices accordingly. Our goal is to serve our clients well, while doing everything we can to protect those at risk in our communities. We will continue to follow all CDC Guidelines for the workplace with regard to the best practices to stay healthy during the pandemic.
We will update this post as needed to clearly communicate the steps we are taking to accomplish this goal.

Prevention
Travel & Meetings
We will work with you to do what is best for everyone.
Our goal is to maintain the safety and comfort of our clients and team members. Whenever necessary, we will work with our clients, consultants and contractors to take advantage of technology to collaborate remotely. In order to limit the amount of exposure and possible transmission, we are encouraging our team members to collaborate through the use of video teleconferencing… and maybe a few more emails/phone calls than we are used to.
Additionally, we are encouraging facial coverings and social distancing during in-person meetings.
Productivity
Remote Work
We already have the technology in place to work from anywhere.
We invested in cloud-based technology from the beginning. This means that our team members can productively and efficiently work from home (whether voluntarily, while quarantining, or through government mandate) and it is unlikely that our clients & business partners will notice a difference.
At this time, we do not anticipate a disruption in our ability to continue to serve our clients well.
