In our profession, we have a unique opportunity to work with leaders in every field and industry. The people we have been blessed to work with are all very talented at what they do, yet in so many different ways. We have learned so much from our interactions with them, that we felt it would be a shame to keep all of that wisdom to ourselves.
As we continue to monitor the efforts to contain the spread of the COVID-19 disease, we will do our best to adjust our business practices accordingly. Our goal is to continue to serve our clients well, while doing everything we can to protect those at risk in our communities. We will update this post as needed to clearly communicate the steps we are taking to accomplish this goal.

After living 20 years in South Florida, Chris Goeppner and his family moved to New England to plant Riverbank Church in White River Junction, VT.
Carey is the founding pastor of Connexus Church and has been serving in ministry since 1995. He also speaks to leaders and audiences across North America and around the world on leadership, change, parenting and personal renewal.
Thad is a recognized laser scanning expert, and as such is a contributor to several industry publications. Thad has scanned buildings, terrain and sites for forensic analysis across the United States.
Jenni’s passion is to lead well and to inspire, equip and encourage others to do the same. She speaks at conferences and churches nationwide, seeking to help others develop their leadership gifts and lead confidently in the different spheres of influence God has granted them.
Sandy Gibbes is a Partner and Director of Business Development here at Equip Studio. He brings a unique skill set to our team, having served as a Student Pastor at one of the largest churches in America.
Sims is the President and Director of Operations here at Equip Studio. He has been the project architect on numerous projects across a range of project types. He excels at effectively and efficiently managing project teams, whether it be a new project or renovation; a church project or a cafe; a single client or a building committee.
Sims has a passion for helping people come together and work well as a team.
