The Donnan Administration Building is located at the center and the highest point of North Greenville University’s campus.

With views of the surrounding mountains, this building houses the executive offices for the university, as well as classroom spaces primarily used for the College of Business & Entrepreneurship. Built in 1955, the building has been through several different iterations of design. Equip Studio’s most recent efforts provide a full interior renovation of the facility and an exterior expansion that showcase the school’s initiatives and desires to be a top-tier provider of business education.

The renovation also relocates the executive administration offices to the second floor, providing new environments for the Board of Trustees and office of the President.
